You can save yourself headaches and money by using our company to manage your property.  One month of lost rent and tenant damages will more than cover our fees.

Our fee to rent a property covers the following:

  1. Showing the property (we do not loan out keys)
  2. Running credit report on applicant
  3. Obtaining a current police report
  4. Verifying rental history
  5. Verifying employment
  6. Advertising Property For Rent (internet, signs, placed on our free rental list)

After the tenant is approved, we have them complete a “move-in check list” before they move into your property.  Our lease agreement is very thorough and holds the tenant responsible for damages they cause.

Our monthly management fee covers the following:

  1. Collecting the rent. *
  2. Making sure the property owner is in compliance with laws.
  3. Making arrangements for repairs.  (We have the repairs done as cost-effectively as possible and do not add on fees for repairs.)
  4. Conducting an interior inspection of your property.
  5. Representing you in the eviction process if necessary. This means we will go to small claims court for you so you do not have to show up. 
  6. Preparing a monthly statement for you that details the rental income and expenses.
